Bu politika, IoTakip mobil uygulaması ve ilgili web hizmetleri kapsamında kişisel verilerinizin nasıl toplandığını, kullanıldığını ve korunduğunu açıklar. Hizmeti kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

1. Politikanın Kapsamı

Bu Gizlilik Politikası; Renokta Teknoloji’ye ait IoTakip mobil uygulaması («Uygulama») ile IoTakip altyapısına ilişkin ağ sayfaları ve hizmetler (örneğin https://dashboard.iotakip.com ve bağlı sunucular; birlikte «Hizmet») kapsamında toplanan bilgilere ilişkindir.

• Kendi gizlilik politikaları bulunan diğer ağ siteleri bu politika kapsamı dışındadır.

• Hizmet üzerinden veya doğrudan bizimle iletişim kurulması yoluyla toplanan bilgiler bu metne tabidir.

• Politika, bilgi toplama ve kullanma uygulamalarımızdaki değişiklikleri yansıtmak amacıyla zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Değişiklikleri izlemek sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Hizmeti kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel politikayı kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

2. Toplanan Bilgiler

2.1 Genel açıklama

Hizmete erişmek için belirli kişisel bilgileri sağlamanız gerekebilir. Uygulama:

• Kamera erişimini yalnızca QR kod okuma (giriş bağlantısı veya cihaz sağlama) için kullanır; fotoğraf veya video kaydı yapılmaz.

• Konum verisini yalnızca sizin açık izninizle ve harita/konum özellikleri için kullanır.

Bildirim ve güncelleme talep ettiğinizde, gönüllü olarak verdiğiniz kişisel tanımlayıcı bilgiler toplanabilir. Hizmeti kullandığınızda ayrıca kişisel olarak tanımlanmayan bilgiler (tarayıcı, işletim sistemi, bölge, kullanım verileri vb.) toplanabilir.

2.2 Toplayabileceğimiz bilgi türleri

• Ad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası, fiziksel adres

• Şirket adı, iş unvanı, iş rolü ve sektör gibi mesleki bilgiler

• Ticari ilişki kapsamındaki fatura bilgileri

• Ağ sitemiz, anketler veya diğer kanallar aracılığıyla paylaştığınız görüşler ve bilgiler

• İşletim sistemi, tarayıcı türü ile sitemizdeki ve hizmetlerimizdeki kullanım ve etkinliklere ilişkin bilgiler

• Kayıt, abonelik veya sipariş sırasında ilettiğiniz ad, e-posta, posta adresi, telefon veya ödeme bilgileri (uygun olduğu durumda)

• Hizmet kapsamında eklediğiniz içerik (alanlara eklediğiniz ve bizim sakladığımız veriler)

• Destek taleplerinde ilettiğiniz iletişim bilgileri, sorun özeti ve ek belgeler

2.3 Kullanım verileri

Hizmetin iyileştirilmesi, güvenlik ve kullanım davranışının anlaşılması amacıyla kullanım verileri işlenebilir. Bu veriler yalnızca kendi sistemlerimiz üzerinden işlenir; kişisel verileriniz üçüncü taraflarla reklam veya çözümleme amaçlı paylaşılmaz.

2.4 Sizin davet ettiğiniz kullanıcılar

Hizmete sizin davet ettiğiniz kişilerin kişisel bilgilerini siz topluyor olabilirsiniz. Bu durumda, bu kişilerin bu Gizlilik Politikası’nı kabul ettiğini ve verilerini paylaşmaya razı olduğunu taahhüt edersiniz. Bu kullanıcıların verilerinin ihlalinden siz sorumlusunuz.

2.5 IoT cihazları ve özel veriler

Hizmet kullanımı kapsamında, uzaktan izleme ve kontrol amaçlı teknik donanımlar (nesnelerin interneti cihazları) ile kişisel veya özel nitelikli veriler toplanıyor olabilir. Bu toplamanın hukuka uygun olduğunu ve ilgili kişilerin onayına dayandığını taahhüt edersiniz.

2.6 Uygulama izinleri ve kullanım amaçları

Mobil uygulama, aşağıdaki izinleri yalnızca belirtilen amaçlarla kullanır. Bu veriler, hizmetin sunulması ve güvenliği dışında üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz.

Kamera — QR kod okuma (giriş bağlantısı, cihaz sağlama); fotoğraf veya video kaydı yapılmaz.

Konum (ince / kaba) — Harita widget’ları ve cihaz konumu gösterimi; yalnızca izin verirseniz kullanılır.

Bildirimler — Uygulama içi ve anlık (push) bildirimlerin gösterilmesi.

Bluetooth — BLE ile cihaz sağlama (yeni cihazları ağa ekleme); yalnızca bu işlem sırasında kullanılır.

Wi‑Fi bilgisi — Cihaz sağlama (SoftAP) ve ağ durumu; cihazı ağa bağlamak için kullanılır.

İnternet — Sunucu ile güvenli iletişim (giriş, veri eşitleme, bildirimler).

Depolama (isteğe bağlı) — Dosya indirme veya dışa aktarma; yalnızca ilgili işlem için kullanılır.

Mikrofon veya video kayıt izinleri, yalnızca bu tür özellikleri kullandığınız işlevler açıldığında istenebilir; bu durumda kullanım amacı uygulama içinde açıklanır.

3. Amaç ve Kullanım

Toplanan kişisel bilgiler şu amaçlarla kullanılır:

• Size hizmetlerimiz hakkında bilgi sunmak ve taleplerinize yanıt vermek

• İhtiyaçlarınızı anlamak ve hizmet kullanımına ilişkin istatistiksel çözümleme yapmak

• Güvenlik ve yasal uyumluluk

• Hizmet veya politikadaki değişiklikler hakkında sizi bilgilendirmek

• Faturalandırma ve benzeri hizmetler

Bilgileri, size hizmet sunmakla ilgili olduğu sürece saklarız. Yedekleme veya yasal zorunluluklar nedeniyle belirli veriler daha uzun süre tutulabilir.

4. Açıklama ve Paylaşım

• Kişisel bilgilerinizi üçüncü taraflara satmayız, reklam veya pazarlama amaçlı kiraya vermeyiz.

• Bilgilerinizi yalnızca talep ettiğiniz hizmeti sunmak için personelimiz, güvendiğimiz iş ortakları ve hizmet sağlayıcılarla paylaşırız.

• Yürürlükteki mevzuat uyarınca mahkeme celbi, mahkeme kararı veya kolluk kuvvetleri / resmî kurumların talebi doğrultusunda açıklama yapılabilir. Yasadışı faaliyetin araştırılması veya hakların korunması için gerekli olduğuna inandığımız durumlarda da paylaşım yapılabilir.

• Ciddi bir güvenlik ihlali durumunda, ticari olarak makul çabayla sizi bilgilendirmeye çalışırız.

• Ödeme, bilgi girişi ve kişisel veri erişimi sırasında uygun güvenlik önlemleri uygulanır.

5. Üçüncü Taraflar

Hizmet, üçüncü taraflara ait diğer ağ sitelerine bağlantılar içerebilir. Bu sitelerin kendi gizlilik politikaları vardır ve bu politika kapsamı dışındadır. Üçüncü tarafların gizlilik ve güvenlik uygulamalarından sorumlu değiliz. Onlarla etkileşimden önce ilgili gizlilik koşullarını incelemenizi öneririz.

6. İzleme Tercihi (Do Not Track)

Bazı tarayıcılar «İzleme» (Do Not Track) sinyali sunar. Bu sinyallerin yorumlanmasına dair evrensel bir standart bulunmamaktadır. Hizmet şu anda bu tür sinyallere yanıt vermemektedir.

7. Abonelikten Çıkma ve Veri Silme

• E-bülten / e-posta: E-postalardaki abonelikten çıkma bağlantısıyla istediğiniz zaman abonelikten çıkabilirsiniz.

• Hesap ve veri silme: Hizmet üzerinden kullanıcı profil sayfasındaki «Hesabı Sil» düğmesiyle hesabınızı ve ilgili verilerinizi silebilirsiniz. Kayıt saklama veya yasal yükümlülükler nedeniyle belirli bilgileri saklamamız gerekebilir.

• Mobil uygulama üzerinden toplanan veriler (giriş bilgileri, tercihler, konum kullanımı vb.) sunucuda işlendiği için hesap silme bu verilerin de silinmesini veya anonimleştirilmesini kapsar. Veri silme talebinizi destek@iotakip.com üzerinden de iletebilirsiniz.

This policy describes how your personal data is collected, used, and protected when you use the IoTakip mobile application and related web services. By using the service, you accept this policy.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the IoTakip mobile application (the «Application») and related web pages and services (e.g. https://dashboard.iotakip.com and connected servers; together the «Service»), owned by Renokta Teknoloji.

• Other websites with their own privacy policies are outside the scope of this policy.

• Information collected through the Service or through direct contact with us is subject to this policy.

• The policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our practices. It is your responsibility to review it. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the current policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 General

You may need to provide certain personal information to access the Service. The Application:

• Uses camera access only for QR code scanning (login links or device provisioning); no photo or video recording is performed.

• Uses location data only with your explicit consent and for map/location features.

When you request notifications or updates, personally identifiable information you provide voluntarily may be collected. When you use the Service, non-personally identifiable information (browser, OS, region, usage data, etc.) may also be collected.

2.2 Types of information we may collect

• Name, email address, phone number, physical address

• Professional information such as company name, job title, role, and industry

• Billing information in the context of commercial relations

• Opinions and information you share via our website, surveys, or other channels

• OS, browser type, and information about your use and activity on our site and services

• Name, email, postal address, phone, or payment details when you register, subscribe, or order (where applicable)

• Content you add within the Service (data you add to spaces and we store)

• Contact details, issue summary, and attachments when you submit support requests

2.3 Usage data

Usage data may be processed to improve the Service, for security, and to understand usage behaviour. This data is processed only on our own systems; your personal data is not shared with third parties for advertising or analytics.

2.4 Users you invite

You may collect personal information of people you invite to the Service. In that case, you represent that those individuals accept this Privacy Policy and consent to sharing their data. You are responsible for any breach of their data.

2.5 IoT devices and sensitive data

In the course of using the Service, personal or sensitive data may be collected in connection with remote monitoring and control (e.g. IoT devices). You represent that such collection is lawful and based on the consent of the data subjects.

2.6 App permissions and purposes of use

The mobile app uses the following permissions only for the stated purposes. This data is not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide and secure the service.

Camera — QR code scanning (login link, device provisioning); no photo or video recording.

Location (fine / coarse) — Map widgets and device location display; used only if you grant permission.

Notifications — In-app and push notifications.

Bluetooth — Device provisioning via BLE (adding new devices to the network); used only during that process.

Wi‑Fi information — Device provisioning (SoftAP) and network status; used to connect devices to the network.

Internet — Secure communication with the server (login, data sync, notifications).

Storage (optional) — File download or export; used only when you use the related feature.

Microphone or video recording permissions may be requested only when features that use them (e.g. voice/video communication) are enabled; in that case the purpose is explained in the app.

3. Purpose and Use

Personal information is used to:

• Provide information about our services and respond to your requests

• Understand your needs and perform statistical analysis of service usage

• Ensure security and legal compliance

• Inform you of changes to the service or this policy

• Billing and related services

We retain information for as long as it is relevant to providing you the service. Some data may be kept longer for backup or legal obligations.

4. Disclosure and Sharing

• We do not sell your personal information to third parties or rent it for advertising or marketing.

• We share your information only with our staff, trusted partners, and service providers as needed to deliver the services you request.

• Disclosure may be required by law (e.g. court order, subpoena, or request from law enforcement or public authorities). We may also share data when we believe it is necessary to investigate or prevent illegal activity or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Service, us, our users, or third parties.

• In the event of a serious breach of this policy (e.g. a significant security incident), we will endeavour to inform you as reasonably as possible.

• We apply appropriate security measures when you place orders, enter data, or when your personal information is accessed.

5. Third Parties

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies and are outside the scope of this policy. We are not responsible for their privacy or security practices. We recommend reviewing their privacy terms before interacting with them.

6. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no universal standard for how such signals are interpreted. The Service does not currently respond to these signals.

7. Unsubscribe and Data Deletion

• Newsletters / email: You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

• Account and data deletion: You may delete your account and associated data via the “Delete account” option on your profile page in the Service. We may need to retain certain information for record-keeping or legal obligations.

• Data collected through the mobile app (login details, preferences, location usage, etc.) is processed on our servers; account deletion includes deletion or anonymisation of this data. You may also send a data deletion request to destek@iotakip.com.
